1. Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item, missing item, or an item that is not up to standard, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
Issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery or pickup.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for:
Wrong orders delivered.
Food quality concerns (verified by management).
Missing items in your order.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof (photos, order number, etc.) upon request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after the food is prepared.
Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
Late pick-up or delivery caused by customer-side delays.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or mobile banking service.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order without any charges.
After food preparation has started, cancellation will not be possible.
